Women's Brunch

Please join us for a brew and pastry, as we join together to explore how we can glorify God through our work. We will be hearing from a panel of women working in various settings, sharing the way God is using their gifts, callings and passions to serve others and our wider world through their work. Whatever work looks like for you; whether you're studying, retired, volunteering, a full-time mum, exploring what's next, wherever you are on your journey, this is for you! We look forward to coming together to worship, pray for God's provision in our work and workplaces, and encourage and be encouraged in how we are using our God-given voices in the world.

Running for 10 weeks starting on Wednesday 30th April, we are excited to be running a new Alpha course this summer term, this time in the afternoons. Aimed at those who might struggle with evenings, such as those who are retired, students or parents who find childcare difficult, this course will run each week from 1:30pm until around 2:30pm.

Alpha is a series of conversations that looks into questions of life, faith and God. Each week you’ll join an in person group and watch a 25 minute video on various topics exploring the Christian faith, then afterwards chat with others and have honest and open discussions. Topics can vary from Who is Jesus? and How can we have faith? to Why and how do I pray? and How does God guide us?

Contact claire.elwood@belfrey.org for more information or to express your interest in joining.
