Why?
Prayer is central to our faith, although many of us find it hard. In this six-week School of Prayer, Matthew Porter, Vicar of The Belfrey in York and Becca Hewitt, The Belfrey’s 18-30s Worker, will take participants through a number of aspects of basic prayer. Based around the chapters of Matthew’s book A-Z of Prayer, this school is not just about information but formation - aiming to see us all go deeper in prayer and become prayerful people.
Matthew feels a strong call from the Lord in this season to teach on prayer and, along with some special guests, go on a journey of prayer with all who will join him in this season.
