We are going to be running another Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Course for 8 weeks from Wednesday 3rd February to 24th March - this course is designed to look at specific elements of our mental health and give practical tips and advice on how we can maintain good mental health in the current crisis, as well as giving participants a space to share their own experiences in a safe and supportive space.
