Wednesday 22nd January - The Belfrey in 2025
1.45pm in the De Grey Rooms Ballroom

We invite you to join us for an insightful presentation on the Church's vision for 2025. Our Clergy team will share what is going on in the church and their plans and aspirations for the future. This is a wonderful opportunity to understand the direction in which our Church is heading and how we can contribute. Come and engage and be part of the conversation. Tea & coffee will be provided from 1.30pm, sharing alongside people from the Wednesday lunchtime service, before we move into the Ballroom for 1.45pm.


Wednesday 19th February - Prayer and Worship
11am in the De Grey Rooms Ballroom

Come and join us for a time together to meet with God and through prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present our requests to Him. (adapted Philippians 4:6) Tea, coffee & cake will be provided from 10.30am in the Coffee Bar.


Wednesday 19th March - Armchair Chats
1.45pm in the De Grey Rooms Ballroom

This event presents an opportunity to listen to and engage in asking questions from our invited guests, who are distinguished for their knowledge, articulate communication, and Christian perspectives, as they address and provide insights on various challenging and contemporary topics. Tea & coffee will be provided from 1.30pm, sharing alongside people from the Wednesday lunchtime service, before we move into the Ballroom for 1.45pm.


Tuesday 20th May
Tropical World, Leeds (Time TBC)

A chance to visit ‘another world’ at Leeds, Tropical World. A home to loads of exciting and exotic animals, which you can see as we wander through the rainforest, the aquarium and the desert house. We will then be able to have lunch together afterwards.


Saturday 21st June
Afternoon Tea at the Baynes’, 2-4pm

Chris & Martin warmly invite you to come to their home, Harlequin House, Dunnington, for afternoon tea. We will be enjoying each other's company, partaking in lots of cake whilst relaxing in their beautiful house and garden.

The Yorkshire Arboretum

Come and join us as we visit The Arboretum, where we will immerse ourselves in the stunning landscape, around Castle Howard, of parkland, lakes and ponds followed by a stop at the Arboretum’s café to partake in seasonal, home-cooked food.

Remembering

Following the 9 am service in the De Grey Rooms, we invite you to join us for a short but heartfelt time of remembrance during our coffee hour in the Belfrey Hall. This will be an opportunity to come together in fellowship, to reflect, and honour cherished memories. We look forward to sharing this meaningful time with you.

We warmly invite you to our annual Christmas festivities, a day filled with joy and community spirit as we celebrate the season of the birth of Jesus. We will Indulge in a delightful array of delicious food, partake in the heartfelt singing of beautiful carols, and connect with friends old and new in a warm and festive atmosphere. Let’s come together to share laughter, love, and the true meaning of the season!
