Electoral Roll

In 2025 we are renewing our Electoral Roll!

This is the list of all our church members, aged over 16. It’s a really important document which helps us and the Church of England to understand the demographics of our church family and our place within the local and national church. It’s also important to be on the Electoral Roll if you would like to participate in this Annual Meeting, vote on church matters, or stand for election to the PCC.

If you’re a worshipping members of St Michael le Belfrey, you are welcome to be on our Electoral Roll as well as those of other churches you attend.

The old Roll will be deleted, so you must sign up again even if you have been on the Roll in previous years.

The Roll closes to sign-ups on Monday 28th April 2025

Paper forms must be returned to the office by this date, addressed to:

PCC Nominations

During our Annual Meeting will will be holding elections to our Church Council (PCC). We are now inviting nominations for these positions. Please read the guidance on the nomination form carefully. If you wish to learn more about the PCC vacancies before standing, please contact Andy Baker.
