De Grey Rooms

A 19th century Victorian ballroom, De Grey rooms is a grade 2 listed building in the heart of York and offers a great space of hire for conferences, concerts, parties and wedding receptions for up to 180 people. Our adjacent cocktail bar is also available to hire with the ballroom, perfect for welcome drinks or a bar and can be hired individually for meetings for up to 20 people.

St Michael le Belfrey is currently using the De Grey Room’s for worship on a Sunday so venue hire is available Monday- Saturday.

The Belfrey Hall

Our hall, situated in the centre of York, just off Stonegate, is the perfect venue for smaller events or meetings equipped with AV equipment and a catering style kitchen, accommodating up to 60 people.
